1. Orders
Ordering takes place online at medicinehandling.com. Once the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice via email. If you do not receive this email, or you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email. At our website, you can view all current and previously purchased subscriptions (requires login).

 

2. Prices
All prices at medicinehandling.com always include any and all Danish taxes and fees. Once you have placed your order, you will not be affected by any future increases in price. We take reservations in connection to force majeure (technical issues), changes in fees and printing errors.

 

3. Payment
We use www.nets.dk as a secure gateway for credit card payments. The payment system adheres to all current safety demands and is approved and certified by Nets (the Danish Banking Sector’s payment service). Information entered into the payment system cannot be viewed by us or any third party.
A banking fee is charged for payment with an international credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) to cover the transaction costs.

 

4. Revocation
According to the Danish Consumer Protection Act §25, course registration is always binding.

 

5. Course cancellation
Medicine Handling can at any time change a course, which you have signed up for. This will rarely happen, solely in specific cases, where technical issues or force majeure prevents completion. In such an event, sign up for the lesson the following day, or by further arrangement.

 

6. Personal information
Any personal information will be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be passed on to a third party. The email address shall only be used for handling orders and emails relevant to the courses, such as course registration, diplomas, etc.
